The helpdesk within HABITAT lawyers
First point of contact
The helpdesk is a hub in our office organisation and is often the first contact between you and HABITAT lawyers. If you are a new contact for us, our employee will question you about the case, pending deadlines and the support you are requesting. If necessary, the helpdesk employee always has quick access to one of our lawyers.
HELPDESK-Service
The helpdesk provides and coordinates several specific services. For example, there are separate services for Architects and for KAM consultants. In addition, it is possible to outsource a legal helpdesk for your constituency to us. The helpdesk also provides some products for a fixed price, see our webshop.
Information
As required, you will receive all kinds of information about our office, prices and possibilities to reduce costs by cooperating with others (HABITAT-COLLECTIVE) whereby the helpdesk plays an active role in forming a collective. Furthermore, extensive information is available on the possibilities of cooperation with legal expenses insurers.
Arrangements
The help desk clerk will also book an appointment for you as (a group of) individual(s) at a HABITAT-CONTACTLOCATION or for entrepreneurs at their own business location, if you want to make a HABITAT-START appointment, have an intake interview with a lawyer or start working directly with our firm.
Dossier research
The help desk also performs simpler investigative work on cases so lawyers can save time on your case.
Your own helpdesk
Customised arrangements can be made with organisations and companies to set up structural cooperation with the helpdesk.
